Twenty.four.

The timing can’t be better. It’s my 24th birthday. I am caught between two worlds, shedding layers of old skin. Something new, more powerful, more beautiful, sensible, sophisticated, wants to emerge. Will it be okay for a new me to enter this world, will you accept me? What is holding me back? I fear the [...]

A Poem

For your reading pleasure… [untitled] I am a wanderer, An explorer of minds, Of music, food, art, Love. An inquisitor to the beauty, mystery, and darkness which surrounds And envelopes us all. I want to spill my soul, My great findings of awe, Yet keep it locked inside where It may remain sacredly mine. I [...]

QPuzzle

My dad wrote an iPhone app called QPuzzle, which essentially takes a photo included with the app or one from your own album, and randomizes it into a puzzle. It is quite nice and fun! Some pics: Download QPuzzle here. Visit developer’s website here.

Culture Shock

It is really amazing how different the UCSF culture is from UCLA. Simply being located in San Francisco, UCSF is much more eco-friendly and green than UCLA. It was pretty nifty! We weren’t allowed to take pics, so I found some from elsewhere online. Some selections: Afterwards, we visited the Pacific Orchids [...]

A Lunch Session, Eco-Design + Life Ideas

I went out to lunch with Danielle today, more on that later. I had some ideas inspired by our visit that I wanted to write down here: We went to a free art gallery today that had some interesting stuff. Danielle mostly wanted ideas for earthy decor that would fit in with her feng-shui philosophy. [...]

Las Vegas NYE 2010!

We dressed up, had dinner, drank PBR’s, pre-partied with Vodka OJ shooters, and had a ball at the Voodoo Lounge. They had a balcony with an amazing view of the Las Vegas night lights. It was the best new years celebration I’ve ever had! Happy 2010! Some choice pictures from our fantastic evening:

Electronified Moving Out, In. Into Confusion!

I’ve been playing with writing electronic music. Aaron brought over his computer with Logic program on it, a music writing software, and I’ve been able to play with it over the past week. I could take this somewhere! Maybe! Aaron is definitely talented in art and music. He matches pitches better than me. Anyway, I [...]
